Stabbing Murder Briefly

Police were called to a Campbell Street, Parramatta address last night at 9:45pm following reports of concern for a woman’s welfare.
On arrival they found a 29-year-old, Khondkar Faihi Elahi, woman with serious stab wounds to the chest.
Paramedics performed CPR at the scene and she was transported to Westmead Hospital where she passed away.
Her 33-year-old husband, Shahab Ahmed, has been charged with her murder.
He appeared before an emergency sitting at court this afternoon.
He stated he lost control when he found out his wife was having an affair.
