I have been fat for over 10 years.
Up until my mid 40’s I was a healthy weight and then bang.
I have been hovering around 100kg for many years and had a top weight of 109kgs in early 2013.
I lost 15kg through mainly exercise, (I trained for and ran a marathon at 53yo) and have put 5-6 back on.
Starting 8 days ago I am down to the low 97’s and intend to keep losing as I am going on a cruise in June and want to look half decent in just a pair of shorts.
My goal weight is 85kg and I WILL get there.
