I review my day each night to make sure I am moving towards my goal of developing winning habits. I want the improvement to be gradual but trending upwards so I find myself constantly thinking about whether or not I am measuring up.
I guess because I am in the early stages of improving and I sometimes wish work would not get in the way as I strive to be better but a percentage of my improvement has to be in the work environment.
I have to uplift at least one work colleague per day, at least one family member and of course, myself.
One positive I can report after 4 days is that I have lost 1.3 kgs. I have done this by having two protein shakes a day and a normal sized, nutritious dinner.
