Develop Everyday Habits


To help me become a better person I thought it wise to come up with a list of things I want to become habits. These are all small but important as they are the building blocks to becoming a better me.

Naturally this list will be added to over time. My aim is to cover all areas of improvement.

WATER

Drinking a glass of water every 2 hours. This will be easy to do with being at work all week.

RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS

I will search for opportunities to do a good deed a day. This could be at home or work or social. I MUST find one way to make another person’s day better.

DELETE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS

I have a lot of negative thoughts. I will eliminate them immediately using the “WHOOOSH” effect.
