Areas of Improvement


My areas of improvement to focus on today:

Diet

Stick to 2 shakes a day, one protein bar and a normal, healthy dinner.

UPDATE: I did it but the challenge is to do it every day.

Exercise

I will go for walk on my lunch break.

UPDATE: I didn’t do it. Weak as piss.

Smoking

I will cut down from my 30 smokes a day.

UPDATE: 26 for today. Reached my goal.

Procrastinating

I will not wait until everything is perfect before starting all this. Just get into it and measure up.
